- What is In-Sync?
InSync is a mental health platform for you to take charge of your mental well-being.
- What can I do with InSync?
With In-Sync, you can track your moods, note your thoughts, join needs-specific safe spaces anonymously, speak with a therapist, try mindfulness exercises based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) models, and much more
- Who will be helping me?
We work with professional therapists, psychologists, researchers, caregivers and other domain experts to provide optimum mental health services.
- Are the therapists on In-Sync verified?
Our team ensures that every caregiver we bring to the platform is fully licensed and ethical. Providers who apply must provide proper licensure documentation and proof of identity. We then cross-check their licensure information to ensure that it is genuine.
- Can In-Sync substitute for traditional face-to-face therapy?
Although face-to-face therapy has so many benefits which are sufficiently simulated during teletherapy, it has its peculiarities, which some users may prefer. Please note that your caregiver won't be able to make any official diagnosis, fulfil any court order or prescribe medication.
- I signed up. How long until I'm matched with a therapist?
You will be matched with a caregiver immediately after requesting one. In some cases, depending on the therapist's availability, it may take some hours or a few days.
- How will I communicate with my therapist?
All communication with your therapist will be done on the mobile application. You can decide to chat, call or have a video call with your therapist.
- Can I go back and read the therapist's previous messages?
Yes, you can always go back to read previous messages with your assigned therapist.
- How long can I use In-Sync?
Our goal for InSync is to become a wellness companion. Even if you don’t need therapy, you can try other features.
- How will I pay for my In-Sync membership?
Subscription payments, secession fees or any other app-related cost will be via a credit or debit card. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
- How is my privacy protected?
At InSync, we value your privacy and confidentiality. All your data are secured with end-to-end encryption. We have also taken extra measures to prevent data breaches and comply with data protection laws
- Can I stay anonymous?
With In-Sync, you have absolute control over your anonymity in safe spaces, and when interacting with your therapist, you may do so with a “pet name” or any “identifier” of your choice. However, your therapist may request additional specific information about you as required by their licensing board guidelines. This information is kept strictly confidential and protected by our secure system and patient data protection laws.
- How can I get started with In-Sync?

- I'm a licensed therapist. How can I provide services using In-Sync?

- How does InSync handle emergencies? What if I am in crisis?
In-Sync does not currently provide a crisis hotline. You may refer to your local emergency services in cases of life-threatening situations
